Our students enjoy weekly enrichment classes in art, music, physical education, library, and media technology taught by dedicated, subject-expert teachers. These classes broaden the curriculum and enhance your child’s intellectual, social, and physical development. Enrichment classes are on a five-day rotation for 45 minutes each day.

Our students learn in and out of the classroom. Our after school activities are led by our talented staff and proven community partners to provide a safe, supportive place for academic enrichment and fun.

Our signature afterschool program, Dragons After Dismissal, serves up to 100 Govans students in grades K–5. This free program is offered Monday through Thursday from 2:25–5:15 p.m., providing homework help, academic tutoring, and enrichment activities.
